About Neil Olsen
Oregon Condemnation and Eminent Domain Attorney
I am an attorney with Olsen Barton LLC. I regularly represent property owners in eminent domain, regulatory takings, inverse condemnation and property rights proceedings. With one of the most active condemnation trial practices in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, I obtain just compensation for my clients against condemning authorities such as TriMet, ODOT, WSDOT, and various counties, cities and special districts. I am also a regular speaker on the protection of property owners’ just compensation and due process rights when faced with takings.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I served as a legislative analyst for the Texas House of Representatives.
I hope you find the blog interesting and helpful. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to email me at neil@olsenbarton.com. Here are a few more details about my background.
